Christopher is a corporate lawyer specialising in regional M&A, with a particular focus in Indonesia. His practice primarily spans the financial services, technology, media and telecommunications sectors, and his experience includes public and private M&A, strategic joint ventures, restructurings, employment, and regulatory advice in domestic and cross-border transactions.

Prior to joining Holborn Law, Christopher practised at two of Singapore’s largest law firms where he specialised in restructuring and insolvency and subsequently in public and private M&A. Christopher’s legal experience also includes a four-month secondment to a leading multinational bank where he advised across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters.

Christopher is an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore and is proficient in both English and Chinese.
